Our highly specialized tour covers the entire downstair Egyptian section in the British Museum followed by a short refreshement break.

The tour continues in the upstairs Egyptian section exploring the hidden meaning and symbolism

in the collection of Mummies and sarcophagi,magical amulets,papyri and textiles.

Finally the tour is completed in the Enlightenment gallery linking the Rennaissance period to the ancient Egyptian culture through to our modern times. 

 

Each tour lasts 4 hours approximately ( including a small refreshment tea break ) priced at £ 60 per person .

Also discounted prices apply for group bookings of 5 people and more.

 

Tours are available usually on Saturday and/or Sunday bi-monthly and weekday tours are also available upon request.

In the case of cancellation, a refund can be arranged when contacted at least 48 hours prior to the tour's start time.

Please meet me at the steps on the front of the British Museum's main entrance just 10 minutes before tour's start time.
